Refunds

At Glow by IT, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care items (except skincare products if eligible)
Partial Refunds

We may grant partial refunds in specific situations, including:

  • Items returned that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not resulting from our error.
  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date (if approved under exceptional circumstances).
Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
  3. Contact your bank (additional processing time may be necessary).

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via Contact.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your product, contact us through Contact for assistance and instructions.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the original purchaser will be notified and refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first via Contact for instructions and return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Glow by IT cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
